Fibre: After becoming a fibre customer, our installation team will schedule an appointment to connect a cable from the outside poles to your home, much like your power hookup. Your service provider will also deliver the necessary equipment for inside your home, ready to be plugged in and used. The installation process is swift, simple, and comes at no extra cost to you for the first 150 meters.

Wireless: After becoming a wireless customer, our installation team will schedule an appointment to install a receiver on the gable end of your home and run a cable from the outside to inside your home.  The MOPC technician will install the necessary equipment inside your home and demonstrate everything works properly before leaving. The installation process is swift, simple, and comes at no extra cost to you.

To switch service providers, simply log into your customer account and select a new plan from the desired service provider.  The new provider will send you the equipment required for their service, which is ready to be plugged in and used.  Rest assured, the transition process is seamless and hassle-free.
